I agree, Grace had a beautiful face, and a magnificent profile, as well. She was a true natural beauty, her face was just exquisite.

The quote from Mary Poppins perfectly suits Grace Kelly. She might have a square appearing shape, but appears rounder on bottom, almost heart shaped and her face shape appears approximately symmetrical. She does have delicate features embellishing her shape and her name does fit who she is, someone full of Grace. She is is like Sarah McLachlan might say but used in a different meaning context, "Full of Grace, my love".
DeleteSquare faces are too manly. So I have to disagree with the author of this unscientific discussion. I do believe Angelina Jolie as a classic beauty because in 100 years men will most definitely be excited to meet her acquaintance. Classic beauty has more than to do with the face...you cannot be over weight or out of balance. Just my two cents. I have high cheek bones and full lips so the whole box face thing...eh...I turn a guys head every time.
ReplyDeleteTo the previous commenter, some of the most beautiful women in the world has square face: Grace Kelly, Paulina Porizkova, and Natasha Kinsky. The "problem" with a square face is that it gives you a strong jaw line which may droop as we age. Nonethless, Grace has beautiful lips and teeth. These words come to mind when I think of her: classic, natural, grace, and serene. And yes, she is cute as the author stated.
